From our roots as Heap360 to becoming Crewstack, we've been on a mission to transform how events manage their most valuable resource: people.
We started Crewstack (originally Heap360) because we were tired of wrestling with spreadsheets and Dropbox folders. Our first customer was a large Danish festival, and soon more joined as word spread. In 2020, when COVID shut down events, we made sure no one paid for a platform they couldn’t use. Every year, we sit down with our customers to learn what’s working and what needs to be better. In 2025, we rebranded to Crewstack to prepare for international growth.
