Numbers you can act on, before and during the event

How many have registered compared to last year, which teams are short of people, and how many were checked in during the hour that just passed. These are not reports you make afterwards. They are numbers you use while there is still time to do something.

Build the dashboard you need

You can have several dashboards per event and put them together from 30 different widgets. One dashboard for recruitment before the event, one for the entrance on the day, and one for the summary afterwards. Every widget can be pulled out as CSV.

Among the 30 widget types

  • Registrations per day: follow the curve day by day, and see how many are new and how many were with you last year.
  • Capacity per team and user type: see which teams are full, and where people are still missing.
  • Check-ins per day and hour: for both crew and guests, so you can see when the pressure hits the entrance.
  • Products handed out: an overview of what has been given out of access, add-on and extra products.
  • Withdrawals: how many have withdrawn, so you can react in time.
  • Latest crew members and internal notes: the newest registrations and the notes the administration has written on people.

The reports next to the dashboard

Dashboards give you the overview. The reports give you the rows, when you need them for settlement, evaluation or a conversation with a team.

Shift report

The shifts with their crew and hours, including an overview of who is working now. Useful both in the planning and on the day itself.

Check-in report

Who has come in, when, and who checked them in. Guests and crew in the same picture.

Product report

Hand-outs per product as a table or as a graph per hour, and as CSV. It also shows who still has not picked theirs up.

Email report and SMS log

What was sent, to whom, when, and how many opened the email. The SMS log shows the status per message.

Excel export

Crew members are exported with the columns you have chosen, and following the search you are in. Shifts can be exported the same way.

Activity log

Changes to crew members, teams, schedules, tickets and guest lists are logged. You can turn on a requirement that administrators state a reason.

Export of data can be limited to administrators, so a team lead login cannot pull out the whole crew list.
